90 minute Bikram Method
The traditional Bikram Beginning Yoga Class. 90 minutes long, performed in a room heated to 105 degrees with 40 percent humidity. The class moves through 26 postures & 2 breathing exercises and is appropriate for all levels of yoga practitioners. This class serves as a prescription for the body – working every single join, tendon, ligament, tendon, internal organ and cell. When practiced regularly, it is sure to change your life.
60 Minute Power Hour
This class is a condensed version of the traditional Bikram Beginner’s class. Same heat, same postures. The class moves with a faster tempo and some postures are flowed together. Power hour is great for those operating on a tight schedule and is also a great supplement to any other workout that you might already be doing.
This 75 minute class is relaxing, restorative, and focuses on long holds of the postures. Most of the postures are practiced on the floor and the object is to completely relax and stretch deep connective tissue. The room is warm.
Kids Yoga Class
1 hour, unheated class. Kids will learn the Bikram beginner series postures and breathing exercises. A great chance to do yoga with the entire family! This class is very laid back and suitable for all ages. Children 8 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
Solo instruction OR small group classes are available. For solo private instruction, it is recommended that you have taken at least 5 regular beginner classes first. Group lessons are a great opportunity for sports teams looking to cross-train.
1 hour, heated class. This style of yoga flows one posture with the next linking each breath with each movement attaining balance in the body and mind.
